Returns Policy

Returns are accepted, subject to goods being returned in an unused and re-salable condition. Please make contact with our sales Department prior to sending your goods Back. 01636 704370.

The following Terms apply.

Website Incorrect Product:

The customer has access to the website and makes direct selection of the product, the returns

procedure can be used in the following ways:

• If the part number of the product sent to the customer is different to the specification selected by the customer this is deemed a valid rejection and the product will be replaced free of charge.
• Incorrect quantity will be dealt as follows: Short quantity will be rectified, and the product sent, if the quantity sent exceeds the quantity required, these items should be returned to Zella Instrumentation & Control Ltd and the carriage charge refunded.

Under Warranty Faulty Product:

Faulty under warranty product, will be replaced on receipt of the faulty product originally supplied, because there will be NO credit raised in this instance. The replacement product will be supplied free of charge.

Refund/Cedit Note:

Products returned must be in a re-saleble condition for us to offer a Full Product Cost Refund/Credit Note, carriage is not part of the Refund/Credit Note Policy. 

Customer Cancellation:

Where a product has been purchased, but is no longer required due to customer cancellation, the product can be returned to Zella Instrumentation & Control Ltd except for special order items. Zella Instrumentation & Control Ltd reserve the right to charge a restocking charge (please contact sales@zella-instrumentation.co.uk for more information). Carriage will not be credited.

Procedure and Terms:

In all the situations described above, returns can only be accepted with confirmation of our Sales Department.

All customers returning products to Zella Instrumentation & Control Ltd must fully accept the terms of our return’s procedure.
